1. Don't underestimate the power of a good eyelash curler. Curling the lashes, focusing on the tips and corners, adds femininity, opens the eyes more and helps stretch the lashes to aid in more effective mascara application.
2. Just like foundation, lashes need a foundation. This can help keep mascara in place longer, as well as lengthen the tip so lashes appear longer. You can use a specific serum for the area.
